Документи, які потрібні для вступу
Для вступу потрібно подати такий пакет документів (подаються оригінали документів):
- заяву;
- оригінал та копію документа про раніше здобутий освітній (освітньо-кваліфікаційний) рівень, на основі якого здійснюється вступ (з легалізацією або апостилем), нотаріально засвідченим перекладом на українську мову;
- оригінал та копію додатка до документа про раніше здобутий освітній (освітньо-кваліфікаційний) рівень, на основі якого здійснюється вступ, в якому міститься інформація про його успішність з навчальних дисциплін (з легалізацією або апостилем), нотаріально засвідченим перекладом на українську мову;
- академічну довідку, видану іноземним/українським закладом освіти (у разі переведення або поновлення на навчання, починаючи з другого курсу, додається академічна довідка);
- оригінал і копію документа, у якому міститься інформація про зміст навчальної програми за попереднім ступенем (рівнем) вищої освіти, отримані кредити, тривалість навчання та успішність з навчальних дисциплін (у разі відсутності цієї інформації у додатку до документа про освіту), при вступі для здобуття ступеня магістра або післядипломної освіти, якщо відсутність цієї інформації унеможливлює здійснити визнання кваліфікації за документом;
- копію паспортного документа іноземця або документа, що посвідчує особу без громадянства з нотаріально засвідченим перекладом на українську мову;
- поліс медичного страхування, якщо інше не передбачено міжнародними договорами України;
- 6 фотокарток розміром 30 х 40 мм;
- копію посвідчення закордонного українця (за наявності).
Як отримати запрошення на навчання
Видача запрошень на навчання та вступ відбуваються виключно через Єдину міжвідомчу інформаційну систему України для іноземців та осіб без громадянства, які бажають навчатися у закладах професійної (професійно-технічної), фахової передвищої, вищої освіти України — https://apply.studyinukraine.gov.ua/home
Але за попередньою консультацією кожен абітурієнт має звертатись на електронну пошту відділу по роботі з іноземними студентами — Foreign-students@glieracademy.org.
ПЕРЕЛІК ДОКУМЕНТІВ, НЕОБХІДНИХ ДЛЯ ОТРИМАННЯ ЗАПРОШЕННЯ
- Особисте фото (роздільною здатністю мінімум 600х800 px, розмір файлу не більше 1 Мб)
- Фото закордонного паспорту (перша сторінка) з перекладом на українську мову;
- Копію документа про попередню освіту (шкільний атестат або диплом бакалавра/ магістра) з апостилем/легалізацією та з перекладом на українську мову;
- Копію додатку до документу про освіту, який містить інформацію про академічну успішність (оцінки, бали) з апостилем/легалізацією та з перекладом на українську мову.

Documents required for admission
For admission, you must submit the following package of documents (original documents must be submitted):
- application;
- original and copy of the document on the previously obtained educational (educational and qualification) level, on the basis of which admission is made (with legalization or apostille), notarized translation into Ukrainian;
- original and copy of the appendix to the document on the previously obtained educational (educational and qualification) level, on the basis of which admission is made, which contains information about his/her academic performance in academic disciplines (with legalization or apostille), notarized translation into Ukrainian;
- academic certificate issued by a foreign/Ukrainian educational institution (in case of transfer or renewal of studies, starting from the second year, an academic certificate is attached);
- the original and a copy of the document containing information on the content of the curriculum for the previous degree (level) of higher education, credits received, duration of study and academic performance in academic disciplines (in the absence of this information in the appendix to the document on education), upon admission to obtain a master’s degree or postgraduate education, if the absence of this information makes it impossible to recognize the qualification according to the document;
- a copy of the passport document of a foreigner or a document certifying a stateless person with a notarized translation into Ukrainian;
- a health insurance policy, unless otherwise provided for by international treaties of Ukraine;
- 6 photographs measuring 30 x 40 mm;
- a copy of the certificate of a foreign Ukrainian (if available).
How to get an invitation to study
Invitations for study and admission are issued exclusively through the Unified Interdepartmental Information System of Ukraine for foreigners and stateless persons who wish to study at institutions of professional (vocational and technical), professional pre-higher, higher education of Ukraine — https://apply.studyinukraine.gov.ua/home
However, for preliminary consultation, each applicant should contact the e-mail of the department for work with foreign students — Foreign-students@glieracademy.org.
LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR RECEIVING AN INVITATION
- Personal photo (resolution of at least 600×800 px, file size no more than 1 MB)
- Photo of a foreign passport (first page) with translation into Ukrainian;
- A copy of the document on previous education (school certificate or bachelor’s/master’s diploma) with an apostille/legalization and a translation into Ukrainian;
- A copy of the appendix to the document on education containing information on academic performance (grades, points) with an apostille/legalization and a translation into Ukrainian.
